Operators interested in achieving a higher star level for their property can apply to our office for an Upgrade Report.
The following is a schedule of rates and services available:
Telephone Consultations
$50.00 per hour plus $6.50 HST = $56.50
Basic Upgrade Report
$250.00 PLUS $32.50 = $282.50
Enhanced Upgrade / Consultation Fee
· Includes plan / file review, one site visit (maximum 3 hours), follow up support and
a final report
1 - 25 Rooms - $450.00 plus $58.50 HST = $508.50
26 + Rooms - $550.00 plus $71.50 HST = $621.50
Campgrounds - $400.00 plus $52.00 HST = $452.00
