"Superb Place to Stay" Dec 16, 2008Diane Nakonechny, Lavallette, New Jersey
This was our first trip to Shelburne to visit family and Sandra and Jim made us feel like family. MacKenzie's is a very nice place to stay. Just sitting and having breakfast was a pleasure. They never made you feel rushed and you really had the chance to learn so much about Nova Scotia meeting new guests.
We would definitely stay at MacKenzie's on our next visit.

"What a treat!" May 24, 2007Thomas Robinson, Halifax, Nova Scotia
We couldn't have found a better place to stay in the charming historic town. Sitting on the deck of the brookside cottage, sipping coffee and listening to the bubbling stream was a great way to start the day.
Free breakfast and wireless internet just added to the experience. Be sure to visit the Dory Shop museum on the waterfront.
