Enroute to Cape Breton and Newfoundland on the Sunrise trail. Scenic Rt.337 is also known as "The Mini Cabot Trail". Hospitality, serenity, and tranquility at its best. Located on the South lake leading to St. George’s Bay. The bay is ringed by coastal cliffs up to 300m (1000ft) high. The tip of the cape is marked by a tall red-and-white lighthouse, a beacon for mariners since 1861 in this friendly fishing community. Take advantage of the many features of the area – Warmest water beaches in the bay, hiking, golf, St.FXU, live theatre, shopping, and fine dining, jig a mackerel, or enjoy dockside eating. Capture wildlife on film,(home of the bald eagle), hear the coyotes sing a dusk song. 3 Bedroom family unit. Private sitting room, kitchen privileges, deck lounging, and large 4 piece bath.
