This brand new home is solar powered, with awesome views out to water, beaches, sunrises and sunsets. The adjacent landscaping is in fledgling stages, full of promise of what is to come, and only steps away are maritime fields and woods, beaches, wildlife and trails in abundance. Be sure to bring your camera – there is a lot to see! At home here too are Josie’s four friendly dogs, as well as her small herd of quiet, gentle Alpaca.
