Claramount Inn & Spa embraces the Kneipp philosophy developed in nineteenth-century Germany. The five pillars of this wellness-inspired philosophy include hydrotherapy, phytotherapy, kinesitherapy, dietetics and regulative therapy (using, respectively, water, plants, exercise, nutrition and activity/relaxation).
