Five bedrooms( 1 king, 2 queens, one double , one trundle) comfortably sleeps 10 people. Master suite with king bed, full bath, CD, sitting area and walk out deck overlooking the dunes and the Gulf of St Lawrence. Downstairs is a large custom kitchen and dining area with refrigerator,dishwasher,convection oven, broiler oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,coffee grinder and all the culinary extras. The great room has a gas stove for those cool evenings, full sofabed, entertainment center with CD, satellite TV, DVD/VCR and movies provided.Enjoy a variety of premium movie channels and special programming. Downstairs is also a 2nd full bath with shower/tub. Upstairs is a sitting and reading area, game room with games, toys, books, TV/VCR, minipool/hockey table. From the first floor great room walk out to a large wrap-around verandah with gas grill, chaise lounges, and oak and teak benches.This is a perfect setting for sunset dining and protection from the weather on those rainy days. There is also an outdoor chinook and hot/cold shower for quick clean ups after a day at the beach, which is 200 feet from the house just over the dune at the end of the yard. All linens are provided for your convenience.
