What you will find at Little York Bed and Breakfast
- Four large guestrooms with scenic views - Our second floor guestrooms have Simmons Hotel Collection Pillow Top queen size beds with en suite baths - Our third floor, The Loft, occupies the entire third floor. It features two bedrooms and a private bath. Each bedroom features a window seat overlooking the rural country side. The bedroom overlooking the gardens and clorful sunsets features a King size bed while the bedroom overlooking the front yard and inspiring sunrises, features a Queen size bed. You may reserve either "Loft" bedroom for $110.00 per night, plus taxes, however if extra sleeping accommodations are required you may reserve the entire "Loft" Suite for $160.00 per night plus taxes. Please Note: The King size bed is a Simmons Excellence Hotel Collection Plush Zipper link Pillow top that can be seperated to to twin beds. The Loft Suite is perfect for two couples or a family
- A full homemade breakfast and afternoon treats - Other meals can be arranged; Picnic lunches or a three course dinner. - Wireless high speed internet access - Our 2-acre property has casual gardens including a vegetable garden, large grandfather shade trees, a raspberry patch, and cherry and apple trees. There are many places to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade. - Close to the Confederation trail - A short drive to golf, beaches, national parks and downtown Charlottetown where you will find many attractions, shops, theatre and restaurants.
After your island excursion…
When in season, stroll to the back of the property and pick raspberries and apples or stand under the old cherry tree and pluck succulent sour cherries.
Sit and relax while enjoying some of the country’s most beautiful rural sunsets, then cozy up to the fire pit and roast your marshmallows…later, sit back and gaze at the stars.

While at Little York Bed and Breakfast, you will start your day with a full homemade breakfast followed by your exploration of the island. Upon your return, you may choose to curl up in the guest lounge and read a book, lounge on the back deck or perhaps sit under the cherry tree near the raspberry patch. Enjoy an afternoon sweet treat from our kitchen at your leisure. In the evening visit one of the many restaurants offering a taste of the island or perhaps take in a live theatre presentation. At the end of the day cozy up to the backyard fire pit and roast marshmallows.
