The Roseport is located directly on the waterfront overlooking the Charlottetown harbor and is about a 10 minute drive to the capital city airport. It is less than an hour’s drive from the Roseport to the Confederation Bridge.
The Briggs Suite is ideal for two couples or a family of four. With two queen-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus many amenities and a centrally located Charlottetown waterfront location, all a great rate, we think you'll find us to offer incredible value when compared to alternative lodging options. We are the only 4.5 star rated condo by Tourism PEI in the area. Situated on the third floor, it offers luxury accommodations with magnificent views of the harbor from every window. Two outside decks, one with a grill, overlook Confederation Landing Park and the Charlottetown cruise ship landing terminal. Both bedrooms offer attractive views of the waterfront even while lying in bed.
On-site free parking is available to guests of the Briggs Suite during your stay.
The Briggs Suite has elegantly appointed features throughout including 2 bedrooms with Queen-sized beds and 2 bathrooms (one shower and one bath). It sleeps four comfortably.
Other amenities include hardwood and tile floors, two full baths with in-floor heating, a gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room seating for six, air conditioning, cable television with VCR/DVD player, guest computer/printer with high speed and wireless internet, complimentary telephone service to the US and Canada, a Dimplex electric fireplace, iron and commercial garment steamer and in-suite laundry facilities. We provide laundry and washroom supplies plus coffee,tea,spices and cooking oil. So pack light!!
Two decks, overlooking the waterfront, are accessible directly from the unit and offer elevated viewing opportunities of the harbor while barbecuing (electric grill provided), taking afternoon tea or enjoying evening cocktails as the sun goes down (two sets of comfortable patio furniture are provided).
Kindly note that the Briggs Suite is a smoke-free and a pet-free environment. Unfortunately the Briggs Suite is not suitable for children less than 12 years of age.
