West Point Beach House overlooks the beautiful harbour at West Point. The two-story 2100 sq ft house wss built in 2007. There are decks on both floors. BBQ on top deck. Electric heat / wood stove, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer / dryer, large kitchen with Island, new appliances, wood floor throughout. Ceiling fans and very well lit, with many windows. The West Point Lighthouse is a 20 minute walk along the sandy beach. The beach is 400 metres from the beach house. Harbourside Centre and Sandals Restaurant is a short walk from the house. You can walk 50 metres from the house and buy fresh lobsters being unloaded from fishing boats. Rates - One Week Minimum Off-season Rate (15 May - 30 June) $1400 per week - 6 people maximum In-season Rate (01 July - 15 October) $2500 per week - 6 people maximum No Smoking
