The Garrison House Inn, a circa 1854 Registered Heritage Property, is located directly across from Fort Anne National Historic Site in scenic Annapolis Royal, the oldest town in Canada. We offer fine lodging with old world ambience and modern conveniences. Our 7 bright, airy, air conditioned rooms, have cable TV with DVD, private ensuite bathrooms, and are furnished with period antiques and whimsical local Nova Scotian folk art. Our restaurant serves breakfast and dinner daily in our 3 intimate dining rooms and screened verandah, facing the Fort. We specialize in the bounty provided by the fertile Annapolis Valley and fresh seafood from the Bay of Fundy. Lobster, scallops, mussels, salmon, steak, lamb, pork and chicken are accompanied by fresh organic produce from our local farmers.
